India's domestic Automobile market manufactures 50Lac Passenger Vehicle and sells 43Lac (86%) of it in the domestic market (in FY25).
Commercial vehicles, like pick-up or semi-truck, heavy-duty vehicles, lorries etc are sold in the order of 9.5 Lac units/year, while 10.5Lac 3-wheelers, dominated by Auto-Rickshaws are sold annually.
